DMS web server space is limited to 20MB of personal disk space.

It is STRONGLY recommended that you fully backup your data. Without prior notice, servers may have to be taken offline for security updates or other administrative issues. The school is not responsible for user data.

You may check to see if your account has been set up by using your username and password (it may take up to at least 48 hours to setup your account). The path is: ftp://llc.du.edu Login username/password will take you to your folder. www.llc.du.edu/<username> will allow web access to your account where <username> is your specific username. Questions or issues regarding your account should be directed to DMS web administrative staff(llcadmin@du.edu) or faculty.

By submitting this form you understand and agree to the following:

1. Use of this account is limited to University of Denver DMS web business, class and personal non-commercial activities
2. Your computer account will be removed if you fail to use it for one academic quarter
3. You computer account will be removed if you are no longer associated with the University of Denver DMS program(except alumni)
4. Inconsiderate or illegal use of this account can lead to suspension of computing privileges and, where appropriate, legal action
5. Your account password will expire periodically, and you will have to change it
6. You may be asked to change your password at any time if the DMS department has reason to believe that system security has been compromised
7. Under certain circumstances, members of the DMS web administration group have the right to examine the files in your account
8. You agree to upload only clean, virus-free files to your account

11. You will promptly notify the DMS web administrative staff (llcadmin@du.edu) of changes in your e-mail address. Accounts with user email addresses that bounce will be disabled. After 30 days the account will be deleted.
